Old Enough To Wear This?

Do you think Candee May is old enough to wear this out in public? Yes, she is 19 years old, however, this outfit just screams "I want to fuck …". Not sure if that is appropriate for a 19-year-old woman. Candee May cannot even hit the clubs yet but this dress just hugs her body with such sexuality that it needs to be worn out somewhere by her. Perhaps she could wear it to a pop concert. It just hugs her body and curves and promotes such sexuality that no mortal man would be able to not hit on her.
